• Description

  • TIRE TALC - Tire Talc is used to prevent rubber components from sticking to each other.
  • APPLICATIONS - This product is used as an industrial lubricant for tires for easing the installation of tubes into tires or for patching tubes to stop the excess glue from sticking to the inside of the tire.
  • SPECIALLY FORMULATED - This chalk prevents sticking and acts as a release agent.
  • SHAKER CAN WITH SIFTER CAP - Simply sprinkle powder through holes of various sizes. 

  Product Description
  Carmel Tire Talc is used as an industrial lubricant to use after all tire & tube repairs. The tire talc prevents tube and casing from adhering to each other prior to installation of the inner tube. Do not handle it until all safety precautions have been read and understood.

  Warnings
  CAUTION: Contains: Talc (Hydrous Magnesium Silicate) CAS#14807-96-6; Quartz CAS#14808-60-7 Danger: May cause cancer (Inhalation). This product is known to cause organ damage through repeated or prolonged exposure (respiratory system).

  Precautionary Statements:
  Obtain special instructions before use.
  Only handle it once all safety precautions have been read and understood. Avoid breathing dust. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and face protection. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while handling this product. Contact with eyes and skin may cause slight irritation.

  Eye contact: Rinse eyes with fresh water for 15 minutes.
  Skin contact: Wash skin with soap and water.

  When not in use, Store in a safe place, and keep out of reach of children and animals. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local, regional, and federal regulations.

  Directions for best use with tires:
  • Ensure the tire and tube are free of moisture.
  • Sprinkle Tire Talc throughout the entire inner surface of the tire.
  • Rotate the tire to spread the tire talc evenly throughout the inner surface of the tire.
