La cire Carmel Orthodontic Relief est présentée dans un paquet de polypropylène vert contenant des bandes de cire formulées avec de la menthe, de la vitamine E ou un mélange de menthe, d'aloe vera et de vitamine E.

Carmel Orthodontic Relief wax comes in a green polypropylene packet containing wax strips formulated with mint, vitamin E, or a blend of mint, aloe vera, and vitamin E.

  • VITAMIN E - Vitamin E may help repair damaged tissue while also protecting against future injury.  It may also improve circulation and immunity and ease discomfort.
  • ALOE-Aloe Vera is known for its ability to treat wounds and inflammation, which can include skin irritation.
  • MINT-Peppermint oil creates a cooling effect; it may also have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.

Directions

Tear off a piece of wax and apply it to smooth out rough edges on braces, dental appliances, dentures, and damaged teeth to soothe the lining inside the cheeks and lips.

While feasting on chicken wings one Saturday evening, I managed to snap off a lower incisor at the base. Ya that sounds gross, and it was. Because it was a Saturday night, I didn’t consider it too serious to make an emergency call to the dentist. Since the pain was quite mild, (and only when pressure was applied to what was left at the gum line, I used a small bit of this to fill in the gap. After all watching the Stanley Cup Playoffs was much more important than lying in a dentist chair paying overtime rates. Used the wax for two days and got into the dentist for some restoration Monday. The wax worked great as a stop gap, and though I have it in the cupboard, I’m hoping I won’t have to use it again. Oh, and I’m off the chicken wings for now…

Had dental surgery to implant a stent for a cyst decompression (in my jaw for 9 months) and that device absolutely wore my cheek out. Horrible raw spots and blisters from it. Ordered this wax and felt immediate relief. No more cheek pain! Easy to use and there's enough of them to keep one in the car, one in my purse and a couple around the house. Sweet relief.
