Directions for Making Candles

  1. Melt the Wax: Heat wax in a melting pot or microwave-safe glass bowl. Stir occasionally. Start mixing at 120°F; for dyes or scents, raise to 180–185°F.
  2. Prepare the Jars: Attach pre-tabbed wicks to the bottom of jars using stickers. (Jars not included; Mason jars recommended.)
  3. Pour the Wax: Carefully pour melted wax into jars, leaving about 1 inch at the top.
  4. Cool and Set: Let candles cool completely before handling or trimming wicks.
