Shipping Information

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Times:

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
  • This timeframe reflects the time it takes us to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
  • During peak seasons or for certain custom-made products, you may experience slightly longer processing times. We'll notify you via email if this is the case.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

  • At checkout, you'll be able to choose from a variety of shipping carriers based on your desired delivery speed and cost.
  • You'll see estimated delivery times displayed for each option, so you can pick the service that best suits your needs. Here's a general guideline for
  • USA deliveries:
    • Standard delivery: 2-7 business days
    • PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses: 25-30 business days
  • Canada: Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We also offer international shipping to most other countries.
  • International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Cancel My Order

If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@carmelindustries.com with your name and order number. We will try our best to cancel the order before it ships and refund your money. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

  • If you have already received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, your order has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy.

Lost Shipment

We consider a shipment lost if it hasn't been delivered within 30 days (excluding deliveries to Military Bases or PO Boxes). If your shipment is lost, we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf.

Delivered But Missing Shipment

If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

  1. File a claim with the carrier.
  2. Contact us at support@carmelindustries.com with your claim number and order number. We will also file a claim with the shipping company.

Reshipment Policy

If we need to reship your order because it was lost or marked as delivered but missing, we recommend using a different address for security purposes. We can only offer one reshipment or refund per household address per calendar year.
