Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Carmel Industries. Here's how our return policy works:
Returning unwanted items:
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. All components and accessories must be included.
- A full refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s), but not the original shipping charges.
Damaged items:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@carmelindustries.com.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage.
- We'll work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a full refund or replacement.
How to return an item:
- Contact us at support@carmelindustries.com with your request and order number.
- We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Once we receive your return and verify it meets our policy guidelines, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.
Please note:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping fee unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
