Rice Bran Wax

Carmel Rice Bran Wax is made from the outer layer of rice grains during the oil extraction process. It is a hard, plant-based wax with excellent structure and stability, making it suitable for candles as well as cosmetics and coatings. In candle making, its higher melting point provides durability, cleaner burning, and resistance to heat. While rice bran wax on its own holds fragrance moderately, it blends beautifully with softer waxes to enhance scent throw and overall performance. The beads melt uniformly, accept dyes and fragrance oils, and allow makers to craft candles with a smooth, polished finish.
